    The ACE arm offers portable measuring capability for the largest of projects as well as the flexibility to take the measuring machine to the object. Like our Quantum range, the Ace measuring arm offers exceptional quality and  is the perfect system for contact and non-contact 3D measurements, on top of that it is particularly easy to use.  When a permanently situated CMM is not a practical solution, the Ace arm becomes an invaluable tool in producing accuracy data when measuring oversized, inconveniently located or immovable components or parts.  To meet our customers needs and diversity we have a range of  7-axis Ace arms from 2 m to 5 m working volume. To choose the most suitable portable CMM for your application, the working volume and the accuracy of the system have both to be considered.

    The portable ACE measuring arm allows the customer to perform full 3 Dimensional inspection or Scanning capabilities  wherever its required. It is supplied with a brand new laptop, our bespoke Inspect 3D software, stylus and a mounting plate, ref sphere tool kit and  carry case.  All delivery, training, setup costs and even a 12 month warranty are included in the purchase price.

    Although great value, the ACE arm does not compromise on quality. Built to exacting standards, the components of this model are of the highest quality and the software is always the latest and most efficient version available.

    There are also a number of additional options that you can select from, including alternative Inspect ² CAD software, Scanning Heads , magnetic base and tripod among others.
